Q: How do I get my ballers?
A: Through shipping. If you live in Metro Manila, we can have your ballers delivered for free free.

Q: I live in Metro Manila. How do I get my ballers delivered for free?
A: You have to have a minimum order of 2 ballers. Nikki’s driver will deliver it to you and lol no he’s not a rapist so don’t worry. It’s completely safe. He’s been working for her mom’s company for years now. Then just give the payment to him.

Q: I still think your driver’s unsafe/a rapist. What do I do?
A: We suggest you have it shipped or have it delivered to your friend’s house or something.

Q: How much are your ballers?
A: 100 pesos each. But if you buy 5 or more, you get 10% discount.

Q: How much for shipping if I live in the Philippines but outside Metro Manila?
A: 150 pesos. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Why do you ask for address in your order form?
A: Chances are you want to have your ballers delivered/shipped. And your address is extremely safe with us.

Q: Where do you make your ballers?
A: Sorry. We don’t tell. :(

Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: Well, duh, we don’t post it because your address is there. Most likely, if we didn’t post it, it’s confirmed but if you’re still worried we didn’t get it, you can ask or text us.

Q: Do the ballers have cut ends?
A: NOPE! :)

Q: Why didn’t you answer my question?
A: It’s probably already mentioned here in my FAQ or it got buried somewhere in my inbox. If you want to reach us faster, text us.

Q: Why are all the meet-ups cancelled and why don’t you guys plan some more?
A: We don’t have time for them, we’re lazy and it’s a big hassle carrying around ballers and waiting for people to come when we don’t even know what they look like. We know we suck for that, but deal with it. You might have to settle for delivery/shipping.

Q: Can I have my ballers delivered on ____?
A: You don’t get to choose haha sorry. Nikki will be the one to tell you when your ballers will be delivered. Her driver works for her mom’s company so he has other errands. He’s not free everyday.

Q: Who holds the ballers?
A: Nikki does. She designs them then has them made. Dana handles the Tumblr and answers your questions but sometimes, Nikki does too. Kristine does the accounting and all the math wiz crap.

Q: I’m having my ballers delivered. What time will Nikki’s driver come?
A: I dunno, really. It depends where you live and how many deliveries he has to make. We can’t set a specific schedule. You might want to stay in your house for the whole day lol or if you’re going out, just leave the payment to your driver/maid/sibling or whatever.
